1. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses shown below in the UK and Eire.

Where replacements are required, we will ensure these are despatched without delay, subject to availability.

 

2. Delivery Time

We will always endeavour to despatch all orders received each day but unfortunately due to the high volumes being received after 4pm we can no longer guarantee these will be processed on the same day. Current postcode exceptions still apply.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Any dates specified by CureFix for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

Subject to the other provisions of these conditions, CureFix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods.

CureFix shall arrange for delivery to site on the understanding that there is a suitable road to the delivery address requested. If no such road exists delivery will be made to the nearest point to which, in the opinion of the driver, the vehicle may safely proceed and unload. Except for the use of a vehicle mounted crane, the Buyer will provide all necessary labour and equipment required to unload the Goods promptly.

A signature on the delivery note constitutes that all materials have been received in good order.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all goods have been checked and any damages noted to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

You can provide special delivery instructions on your confirmation of order.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the address to which the item is shipped.

* Free deliveries over £75 depends on product type and does not cover all products sold on the CureFix site.

 

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please take a photo of the damaged item as well as the delivery label (so we can trace the claim through our logistics partner), then contact us immediately at sales@curefix.co.uk or telephone 01825 701382 and quote the CureFix Order Number.
